First off, I just want to say thank you guys A LOT for the massive support this game has gotten across gamejolt, sidequest, and here on itch.io, I’m seeing people play through it (and occasionally jump or scream at the game) on youtube and it is beyond rewarding! We’ve reached over 1,000 downloads here on itch.io alone, and if you add up all the platforms together, as of posting this we have 2,239 total downloads across all platforms which is absolutely insane! As a thank you I wanted to give you guys a bit of a roadmap for what’s next with the game!

Multiplayer -

Yes, multiplayer is being actively worked on by me right now and I have plans to integrate it into the main map, I’m experimenting with Proximity chat and lobbies so that should be fun!

New Map -

Yes, I do have a new map in the works, I’m trying to come up with interesting objectives for it, but it’s set in a neighborhood, if you’ve been following this project for a while you might have seen the teaser, but I have a new one to share with you!

New scares! -

This isn’t something I can reveal too much about, but there will be some new scares!

Bhaptics -

Bhaptics is partnering with me to work on implementing compatibility with their vests, arm pieces, and facial interfaces so you can feel the game like never before, it’s pretty awesome and That may be an update I drop before multiplayer, but we’ll see :)

Less Likely things that are being expiremented with -

I did a post on Tik Tok about a possible Demogorgon fight pit (like the Russian one in season 4 that hopper fought a Demogorgon in) but that’s seeming like less of a possibility at the current moment, so bare with me while I work on this! It’s gonna be great!
